How To Use Find It!

The Little Toy Shop maintains a database of sources of 1000's of collectible toys as well as having access to The Little Toy Shop's own membership database and within these areas is a huge and changing resource of collectibles and hard-to-find toys. Once we have confirmed your details - you will receive an email requiring you to confirm that you are the owner of the email account; you will be redirected to another page where you can fill in your search requests.

Once we have your completed data form, we will carry out a search of the databases to see if we can find a seller match for you and send you the details. This is a completely confidential service; neither party to the transaction is shown the details of the other party until such time as a more formal committment is made to deal with each other.

The Little Toy Shop does this to implement safeguards in the shopping process: we verify both parties are genuine to ensure that initial due diligence is carried out, although we cannot be held responsible for mis-selling or customer disputes.

In the case of higher-priced items we can offer our Safeguard Service where we hold the funds on your behalf and receive and examine the goods prior to fund release. Key to the success of this process is the examination by an independent toy expert of the goods prior to disbursement of the funds and the handing over of the goods to the buyer.
